During the data discovery phase, we’ll deep dive into the strategic value that you’re looking to unlock with your data platform; the data that will reside on the platform; and the current state of your data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics capabilities.
Data and Analytics Roadmap
We will then help you develop your data and analytics roadmap, outlining solutions for data operations, security, governance, monitoring, and auto-scaling. The roadmap will include a plan for how to iteratively build the platform, using learnings from the delivery of each platform iteration to ensure that the platform continuously meets your organization’s data needs.
Data Platform Build
