Centrilogic Inc. and its subsidiaries worldwide (collectively “Centrilogic,” “we,” or “us”) respect your rights and our obligations in regard to your privacy and personal information. To that end, we have established this Privacy Policy as a commitment to maintain the privacy of your personal information in connection with all our online and Internet activities. Effective May 25th, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation reinforces Centrilogic’s ongoing commitment to data protection and privacy of information.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that has been implemented to provide guidelines for the collection and processing of personal data/information of individuals who reside within the European Union (EU). Centrilogic is in compliance with this new data protection regulation.

In addition to the GDPR regulation, Centrilogic also maintains its ongoing alignment with the Privacy Shield Framework.

PRIVACY SHIELD FRAMEWORK:

Centrilogic complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework (Privacy Shield) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland to the United States in reliance on Privacy Shield. Centrilogic has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such information. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Centrilogic commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. Centrilogic has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU and Switzerland, with the exception of Human Resource Data transferred under SW-US Privacy Shield Certification.

The following information also pertains to the Privacy Shield Framework:

  • Centrilogic’s commitments under the Privacy Shield Framework are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
  • Under certain conditions – explained in more detail here – it is possible for an individual to invoke binding arbitration as an additional recourse mechanism.
  • Centrilogic may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
  • Centrilogic is liable in cases of onward transfers of personal information to third parties.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

We may gather information about you through our web site in three ways. First, we may collect and store some personally identifiable information (such as your name, telephone number, and e-mail address) that you provide to us through surveys, job applications, contests, service orders, or inquiries on this site. Second, we may collect and store information about your visit to this site in collective or aggregated data that does not identify you specifically. MODIFICATIONS/ENFORCEMENT:

Centrilogic reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice in Centrilogic’s sole discretion. Such modifications shall be effective when posted.
