This engagement is typically short 3-5 days and includes a follow up presentation & report identifying recommendations for the team system implementation and process improvements that can be made along the way in a pragmatic approach. At the end of this engagement, you’ll also have a good idea of what licenses you need to purchase, and we can help you define that to maximize your investment.

TeamVision Implementation

After a TeamVision assessment, you’re not alone. We’re here to help you take things to the next level. Using a phased approach, and following the recommendations for our assessment, we’ll help you realize those benefits promised by Team System. This engagement may include installation, configuration, customization, data migration, integration and end user training and mentoring. Using our evaluation tool throughout the phases, we’re able to measure the improvement in your team’s capabilities and quantify the actual benefits of Team System in your organization. We espouse a mindset of continuous improvement so this evaluation tool also identifies areas of future improvement.
